Bill Grannan and Terry Edwards of the Crystal Waters team have been local residents of the Destin, Florida area since 2004. The beautiful sugar sand beaches and emerald waters drew them in to this vacation paradise, and they knew they wanted to call this spectacular place home!
As residents, they soon became licensed Realtors in the area, and have been helping others to realize their property ownership and investment dreams here since 2005. They also recognized the value of having an experienced local team for property management, and they added long-term and vacation rental property management to the mix around 2007.

I graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1985. Got my first Real Estate License in Oklahoma in 1985. Was licensed in Georgia before moving to the Destin/Miramar Beach area in 2004. Became a Broker and have been selling Real Estate and managing residential property, both long term and short term, in the area since 2007. Real Estate Sales and Property Management has been my interest and hobby for most of my adult life!
